Who am I?
My name is Jeremy Duignan and thank you for taking the time to come to my website It's All about Fish.
The whole train of thought that has gone into It's All about Fish is for it to become (one can hope) one of the most, if not the most informative sites about fish on the internet.
Why have I designed this site?
I have kept freshwater tropical fish for 20+ years and have found out many tips and tricks along the way.
I have also had the odd occasion of shear wonderment, like when I put my beat up dying Wolf Dovii in my Piranha tank only to find they all made friends.
If there is anything you can be sure of I would have to say it's "you can't have too much experience."
Typical things that I am hoping to include on this site are;
General Information about fish i.e. types, anatomy, illnesses (ichthyology - The branch of zoology that deals with the study of fishes.)
Fish Pastimes - Aquarist - Keeping and breeding, Fishing, Angling.
Fish as a food source, recipes.
Fish Gallery - If you have a fish that is not listed you will be able upload pictures (note you will need to become a site member to do this.)
